Almond Penne

Recipe first for 4 people based on Almonds - cooking method oven.

Preparation:

Preparation: Toast the almonds in a hot oven at 200 degrees for a few minutes then chop them finely in the mixer. Melt the butter in a saucepan and let the almonds flavor over medium heat. Combine the milk, mascarpone, Parmesan and pepper. Mix the sauce over low heat, adding salt if necessary. Cook the pennette in salted water, drain and dress with the hot sauce. Serve immediately.
