Recipe appetizers for 4 people based on Onion - cooking method oven.
Preparation: Finely slice the onions and shallots, sauté them over a very low heat in 3 tablespoons of oil. Salt and pepper. When the onions and shallots are soft and transparent, distribute them on the slices of bread, sprinkle them with the parmesan and cook in a hot oven at 210 degrees for about 10 minutes.
