Recipe appetizers for 4 people based on Spicy Gorgonzola.
Preparation: In a bowl, mix the gorgonzola to soften it. Moisten it with half a small glass of brandy and add five walnut kernels (keep some for decoration) and a spoonful of finely chopped pine nuts, add a little pepper.
