Recipe second for 4 people based on Chicken breast - cooking method pan.
Preparation: Beat the chicken breast well, salt it, pepper it and flour it. Heat the butter in a pan and then brown the meat over high heat, cooking for about 5 minutes on each side. When cooked, keep it warm. Meanwhile, dilute the mustard with the yoghurt in a cup, add the yolks and mix well. Pour the prepared mixture into the pan with the meat and heat it on low, stirring constantly, until it thickens slightly. Pour over the meat, sprinkle with the chopped herbs and serve hot or warm.
