Recipe second for 4 people based on Salted cod with tomato - cooking method pan fried.
Preparation: Soak the cod in milk for 24 hours. In the frying pan with the steaming oil, dip the pieces of floured cod. Fry them and drain them golden and crunchy. Pour 1/2 cup of oil into a large pan and slowly brown and macerate the sliced onions. Place the fried slices of cod in this pan, add the peeled and chopped tomatoes, salt and cook for 30 minutes.
