Recipe appetizers for 6 people based on Pig with tomato.
Preparation: Drain the tuna from the conservation oil then pass it to the electric mincer, collecting the proceeds in a bowl. Mix it with the mayonnaise and flavor the mixture with a splash of Worcester. Divide the brie, after having lightly scraped it on the surface, into 12 sticks. Spread each cup with a twelfth of the tuna mixture and place a stick of cheese in the centre. Roll the slices on themselves forming the rolls. Prepare a green bed on the bottom of a serving dish with a handful of salad, well trimmed. Arrange the rolls on this in a radial pattern and, if desired, complete the decoration with a cherry tomato placed in the centre. Serve immediately.
