Recipe first for 4 people based on Cream.
Preparation: Brown the butter, the peeled and chopped onion, the bacon cut into small pieces and the mushrooms previously softened with 2 ladles of their water. Cook for 10 minutes, add salt and pepper and add the cream, continuing to cook for another 15 minutes. Finally, add the chopped parsley and the ham into strips. Season the shells cooked al dente with the sauce.
