Recipe first for 4 people based on Salmon - cooking method pan.
Preparation: Cook the tagliatelle very al dente. Cut the salmon into strips and put it in a pan with the butter. Toss the tagliatelle in the pan with the cream and the parmesan. When the cream has completely evaporated, add the salt and pepper. If desired, a handful of chopped fresh parsley can be added at the end.
