Recipe second for 4 people based on Garfish with tomato.
Preparation: Nectar the fish, possibly filleting them. Brown the garlic in the oil; add desalted capers, olives and season. Add the split tomatoes and the parsley and let them dry a little; salt and pepper. Add the fish fillets to the sauce and cook for a few minutes. Finish with fresh basil.
