Recipe first for 4 people based on Swordfish with tomato.
Preparation: Heat the crushed garlic and 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Add the tomato sauce and cook for a few minutes over medium heat. Peel the swordfish and cut it into cubes. Add it to the sauce and cook for about 10 minutes with a little chopped parsley. Throw the gnocchi into plenty of boiling salted water and drain them with a slotted spoon as they emerge. Put them in a bowl and dress them with the fish sauce.
