Goat Chops With Cream

Recipe second for 4 people based on Kid.

Preparation:

Preparation: In a saucepan, heat the butter with a spoonful of oil. Place the ribs on top and brown them for two minutes on high heat on both sides. Salt and pepper. Turn them several times. Add the cream and cook for a quarter of an hour. Pour the juice of a lemon passed through a sieve and leave the container on the heat for five minutes. Just before serving, sprinkle the cutlets with finely chopped parsley. Arrange them on a hot serving plate and place a thin but large slice of lemon on each one. Accompanying wines: Cabernet Del Piave DOC, Sangiovese Di Romagna DOC, Leverano Rosato DOC.
