Livers in wine

Recipe second for 4 people based on Chicken.

Preparation:

Preparation: Clean the livers and cut them in half. Melt 30 g of butter over high heat and pour in the livers. Cook them for 3 minutes, stirring often, then add salt and pour the wine over them. Continue cooking on the lowest heat for 5-7 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat, add the remaining butter, 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley and the lemon juice. Stir until the butter is melted and serve.
