Recipe first for 4 people based on Red peppers.
Preparation: Cook the pasta in salted water. Meanwhile, clean and wash the peppers, cut them in half and remove the seeds. Put them in the blender with the cream and 1 pinch of salt. Blend for a few moments until you get a rosy sauce. In a saucepan, melt the butter; add the sauce, mix and just heat it up. Drain the pasta al dente, put it in a bowl, pour over the warm sauce, add 1 large grind of pepper, mix and serve immediately.
