Recipe first for 4 people based on Fava beans with tomato.
Preparation: Brown the broad beans and the sliced onion in the oil. The tomato is added and it is slowly consumed. At the end, water is added and, when it boils, the pasta is poured in and cooked. This dish was originally made using 'scafette', small fodder beans that are still grown for animals today.
