Recipe second for 4 people based on Salted cod - cooking method pan oven.
Preparation: Cut the cod into 4 slices and brown it in a pan with extra-virgin olive oil and 1 poached garlic clove. Take the puff pastry, cut out four rather large squares with a knife, wrap each square around a steel cannoli and then bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 7 minutes. Meanwhile, blend the anchovy fillets with 1 drizzle of oil and very little water. On the side, sauté the catalonia in a pan with the oil, garlic and onion. Unmold the cannoli and place a slice of cod in each cannoli. Coat the cod cannoli with the anchovy sauce, serve them on top of the catalonia with slices of red onion.
