Ricotta Lasagna

Recipe first for 4 people based on Ricotta.

Preparation:

Preparation: Boil the lasagna in boiling salted water. Drain them al dente. Meanwhile, cut the mozzarella into cubes. Put a large saucepan with the butter on the fire and as soon as it turns golden, add the anchovy fillets, mashing them with a fork: toss the lasagna into this sauce and immediately after the diced mozzarella. Stir continuously, keeping the flame rather low, until the mozzarella has melted and begins to spin. Sprinkle with a generous pinch of pepper and a handful of grated Parmesan. Serve immediately piping hot.
