Recipe second for 4 people based on Sole.
Preparation: Clean the sole, removing the white skin, the black one and the lateral spines. Brown in butter, sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of whiskey and let it evaporate. Salt and pepper. Pour 3 tablespoons of whiskey into a metal ladle, heat over the heat, set ablaze and pour over the sole.
