Recipe second for 4 people based on Rhombus.
Preparation: Clean the fish and put it in the oven for 15 minutes with oil. Cut the mushrooms and potatoes into small squares. Brown the onion and combine the mushrooms with the potatoes. Finish cooking by adding water if necessary. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with parsley. Serve by placing the turbot on a bed of mushrooms and potatoes.
