Recipe second for 6 people based on Rhombus - cooking method oven.
Preparation: Butter a baking tray, arrange the salted and peppered turbot fillets. Cover them with the porcini mushrooms, pour over the wine and cook for 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees. Put the fish on plates. Mix the oil, the catmint, the lemon and the cooking juices: pour the sauce over the turbot and serve.
