Turkey cutlets

Recipe second for 4 people based on Turkey - cooking method pan.

Preparation:

Preparation: Flatten the turkey slices with a meat tenderizer. Beat the egg with a pinch of salt and add the chopped parsley. Dip the turkey slices in the egg and roll them in the breadcrumbs. In a pan, melt the butter with the oil and cook the slices of meat over low heat for 5 minutes on each side. Degrease the cutlets on absorbent paper and serve them sprinkled with lemon juice.
