Recipe second for 4 people based on Turkey.
Preparation: Brown the butter in a pan, place the turkey fillets on it and, when they have browned, add the mushrooms previously soaked in hot water, well washed and coarsely chopped. Pour in the white wine, salt and pepper. Cook for about 20 minutes, allowing the sauce to reduce slightly.
Ingredients: 4 Turkey Fillets - 50 G Butter - 50 G Dried Mushrooms - 1 Glass of White Wine - Salt - Pepper
