Damaged shipment
In the event of damaged shipment
If you receive packages from Wine and Food S.R.L. that are visibly damaged by the courier (packaging broken or visibly stained by the leakage of wine from any broken bottles) you can do as follows:
• If you are dealing with multiple packages, return the damaged package to the sender by signing the courier's bill "With Reserve ". It will then be our care to return the damaged package and send it back to you.
• If instead it is a shipment of a single package, reject the shipment to the sender and we will take care of the return and recovery as before of the shipment.
In the event that the broken product runs out, you will be contacted for a possible replacement. If you do not find any replacement product in our catalog, Wine and Food S.R.L. will return the sums paid.
Any shipping costs for returning the damaged package to the sender and returning the new one are completely at our expense.

Information on the right of withdrawal
Purchases on the website www.vinotop.it are subject to the provisions of Legislative Decree 206/05, which guarantees you the right to withdraw, for any reason, from the contract of purchase.
Conditions of the right of withdrawal

Procedure to follow
Send an e-mail to info@vinotop.it containing the declaration of wanting to exercise the right of withdrawal, indicating all the requested data:
• order number and order date
• invoice number or copy of the receipt
• which products must be subject to withdrawal (identifying them with the article code)

Refund times
Wine and Food S.R.L. undertakes to refund the customer within 14 working days of receiving the goods, providing for crediting the customer of the amount corresponding to the value of the goods resulting from the invoice. Shipping costs are not included in the above amount. This is in accordance with the Legislative Decree n. 206 dated 6/09/2005.
Jurisdiction and Competent Court
Any dispute relating to the application, execution, interpretation and violation of purchase contracts entered into "online" via the website www.vinotop. it is submitted to the juryItalian edition. For any dispute between the parties regarding this contract, the Court in whose district the consumer has his domicile if located in the territory of the Italian State will have jurisdiction; for all other customers, it is agreed that any dispute will be the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Padua.
