Appetizer Of Sardines Flavored With Orange
Recipe appetizers for 4 people based on Sardines - cooking method pan.
Preparation:
Preparation: Clean and divide the sardines into fillets; place them on the grated orange and lemon peel, add salt and pepper, sprinkle with a little flour and sauté in a pan. Serve the sardines and, in the same pan, pour the juice of 1/2 orange and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Cook for 1 minute and serve on the sardines.
