Artichoke Appetizer With Bacon

Preparation:

Preparation: Clean the artichokes, cut them into thin slices and immerse them in water and lemon juice. Cut the bacon into strips. Heat a non-stick pan on the stove and put the bacon in it to toast for 3-4 minutes. Cut the pecorino into thin strips, then prepare the dressing with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, parsley and put it on the artichokes, mixing well. Add the other ingredients (toasted bacon and pecorino) to the artichokes only when serving.
