Avocado And Oysters
Recipe appetizers for 4 people based on Avocado.
Preparation:
Preparation: Clean the oysters. Cut the avocados lengthwise and remove the stone. Sprinkle the pulp with half the lemon juice and place three oysters in each avocado half. Shell the eggs, remove the albumen and pound the yolks in a bowl with the oil, the remaining lemon juice, salt and pepper. Pour the salsa over the avocados and serve.
