Avocados Stuffed With Lobster

Preparation: Cut the avocados in half lengthwise and remove the stone. Rub the pulp with half a lemon so that it does not blacken. Grate the peel of the remaining half lemon and add it to the mayonnaise, mixing well. Drain the lobster meat from the preserving liquid, break it up and add it to the mayonnaise. Lightly pepper the mixture and distribute it in the avocado trays. Leave the avocados in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve them.
