Recipe first for 4 people based on Basil.
Preparation:
Preparation: Boil the angel hair in plenty of salted water. Drain them and dress them with raw oil, the hand-chopped basil and Parmesan. It is advisable not to chop the basil with a crescent or a knife because it loses its aroma and flavour.
