Bianchetti Soup
Recipe first for 4 people based on Whitebait - cooking method to boil.
Preparation:
Preparation: Cut the courgettes into cubes and add the whitebait (newly born anchovies). Put the marjoram and the oil in a pot with water, then bring to the boil after which you can add the peas or courgettes. After 5 minutes you can add the pasta and the whitebait. Cook for another 5 minutes, then serve.

Ingredients: 200 G Bianchetti - 3 Zucchini - 200 G Thin Fidelini Pasta - 1 Tablespoon Marjoram Leaves - 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil - Salt
