Brandy Pens
Recipe first for 4 people based on Brandy.
Preparation:
Preparation: Cook the penne and in the meantime melt the butter in a pan, adding the brandy and 1/2 glass of cream. Leave to cook for a few minutes, then add another glass of cream, flavoring with a little curry and salt. Reduce the sauce, then pour in the penne, mixing well.
