Preparation: Remove the crust from the sandwiches and cut them into thin slices. Beat the milk with the eggs and pour it on the sandwiches together with the butter lard. Add the parsley, season, stir and let stand for about 10 minutes. Place the dough on a greased sheet or towel, roll it up, tie it at both ends… and cook it in boiling water for about 35 minutes.
