Breed Salad

Recipe second for 4 people based on Race with tomato.

Preparation:

Preparation: Steam the breed by putting the onion, parsley, bay leaves, 1 spoonful of vinegar and a few peppercorns in the water. Blanch the diced courgettes in salted water for 2 minutes and drain. Mix diced peeled tomatoes, courgettes, chives, oil, salt, pepper and the remaining vinegar. Bone the fish and drizzle it with the sauce.
