Breed With Capers
Recipe second for 4 people based on Race with tomato.
Preparation:
Preparation: Brown the breed and, when it takes on colour, wet it with wine and leave to dry. Chop the capers and cut the tomatoes into cubes and add it all to the fish. Cook for 13 minutes adding hot water if necessary.

Ingredients: 1 Ray (500 G) - 20 G Capers in Salt - 2 Tomatoes - 1/2 Glass of White Wine - Extra-virgin Olive Oil - Parsley
