Bruschetta with chicory
Recipe appetizers for 4 people based on Puntarelle.
Preparation:
Preparation: Wash the chicory and leave them to soak in cold water for about an hour. Drain them and dress them with a sauce prepared by pounding the garlic, anchovies, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper in a mortar. Arrange the salad on the slices of toasted bread.
