Bruschetta With Fennel And Oranges

Recipe appetizers for 4 people based on Fennel.

Preparation:

Preparation: Peel and cut the fennel into strips, then peel the oranges and cut them into wedges, removing skins and seeds. Season the fennel and oranges with the oil, vinegar, salt and a grind of pepper and pour over the toasted slices of bread.
