Butterflies with amaretto
Recipe first for 4 people based on Amaretti biscuits.
Preparation:
Preparation: Cook the pasta; meanwhile in a saucepan melt the butter; chop the macaroons; strain the pasta, combine everything and add Parmesan cheese; mix well and serve.
