Canapé With Mussels
Recipe appetizers for 4 people based on Mussels.
Preparation:
Preparation: Wash the mussels several times. Put them on the fire in a pan. When they open, remove the molluscs and season them with oil, lemon, salt and pepper. Spread the slices of bread with mayonnaise and arrange two or three molluscs on top. Serve immediately.
