Canapes With Mayonnaise And Boiled Eggs

Recipe appetizers for 4 people based on Hard-boiled eggs.

Preparation:

Preparation: Prepare a mayonnaise with the 2 egg yolks, oil and lemon juice. Then add the chopped parsley, chervil and radish and fill the canapés with this sauce. Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half and arrange them on the canapés. Garnish with mint leaves.
