Carasau Alla Barbaricina
Recipe first for 4 people based on Carasau bread with tomato.
Preparation:
Preparation: Quickly wet the carasau bread sheets one by one in the broth. Break them into large pieces by placing them on plates interspersed with tomato sauce, basil and pecorino cheese. Place a poached egg cooked in the meantime on top of each plate and finish with a sprinkle of cheese.
