Casale Speck Soup

Recipe first for 4 people based on Speck.

Preparation:

Preparation: Saute the minced meat in a few tablespoons of oil, add the soup and a little salt, mix and let it flavor for a few minutes. Add about 75 cl of broth prepared with stock cube. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally. Just before switching off, add the diced speck and serve.
