Catalan lobster
Recipe second for 4 people based on Lobster with tomato - cooking method to boil.
Preparation:
Preparation: Boil the lobster in salted water, cut it and serve it on a bed of new sweet onions, tomatoes and rocket salad, seasoning with oil and vinegar.
