Cavatelli With Rocket

Preparation:

Preparation: Wash the cherry tomatoes, cut them in half and place them on the bottom of an oiled baking dish. Season them with salt, a few cloves of garlic and oil and let them dry in the oven. Boil the cavatelli in boiling salted water; almost at the end of cooking, add 3/4 of the rocket, finish cooking the cavatelli and drain, then turn them in the tomatoes after removing the garlic and finish with chopped raw rocket and basil.
