Caviar canapes

Recipe appetizers for 4 people based on Caviar.

Preparation:

Preparation: Wash the lemons well, dry them and cut them into thin slices of more or less the same diameter. Collect them in a bowl and sprinkle them with vodka. In a bowl, mix the butter with a pinch of paprika and salt. With a glass cut out a regular disk from the slices of bread, spread it with the paprika butter. Arrange a drained slice of lemon on it and put a teaspoon of caviar on each one
