Champignon appetizer

Preparation: Boil the eggs and, as soon as they are cold, peel them. Cut the tomatoes in half, remove the central pulp and leave them to drain upside down. Cut the lettuce into very thin strips and arrange it on a serving plate. Place the hard-boiled eggs upright and cover each egg with a tomato cap. Then distribute the mushrooms and decorate with mayonnaise.
