Preparation:

Preparation: Roll out the defrosted dough, form a round sheet and place it on a buttered baking dish. Arrange the ham cut into strips and the sliced fontina on top. Beat the eggs with the Parmesan, salt and cream, pour onto the pastry, bake at 180 degrees for 50 minutes and serve.
