Cheese Cake

Recipe appetizers for 4 people based on Parmesan - cooking method oven.

Preparation:

Preparation: Mix the flour with the milk avoiding the formation of lumps. Add the beaten eggs with salt and pepper and the grated cheeses. Grease a container that will go in the oven, pour the dough into it and cook in the oven at moderate heat for the first 15 minutes, after which, little by little, raise the heat. After about 30 minutes, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool.
