Chicken Normanna

Preparation: Brown the chicken without coloring it in very little butter, add salt and pepper. Cover and cook, turning the chicken occasionally, for 30 minutes. Beat the yolk with the cream. Sauté the mushrooms in butter. Add the mushrooms to the pot. Cook covered for 5 minutes. Place chicken on serving plate. Add the cream to the sauce, heat without boiling and pour over the meat.
