Recipe appetizers for 6 people based on Roast chicken with tomato - cooking method pan oven.
Preparation: Bone the chicken, peel it and cut the meat into small pieces. Wash the lettuce leaves and dry them thoroughly. Wash the tomatoes and slice them. Remove the crust from the loaf bread. Lightly butter the slices of bread. Toast them in a preheated oven at around 100 degrees for a few minutes on each side, just long enough for them to turn a nice golden colour. Make sure the slices are soft inside. Put the bacon in a non-stick pan without seasoning. Brown it over high heat until it is golden and crunchy. At the end, drain it on a sheet of absorbent paper. Move on to the filling: each sandwich will consist of three layers of bread. Distribute the chicken pieces on the first two with a little salt and paprika. Add a little mayonnaise to each layer, the tomato slices, more mayonnaise, the crumbled bacon and the lettuce leaves. Gently divide each sandwich in two and serve.
