Cockerel With Potatoes
Recipe second for 4 people based on cockerel with tomato.
Preparation:
Preparation: Make the cockerel together with the potatoes; then prepare a sauce with the most aromatic part of the fennel (the stems that are usually thrown away), brown the cockerel and the potatoes; apart from preparing a sauce with cherry tomatoes, a little anchovy paste and olives; use to simmer chicken with potatoes.
