Cod With Heart Of Chicory
Recipe second for 4 people based on Salted cod - cooking method pan.
Preparation:
Preparation: Clean the cod and make a pocket. Stuff it with the chicory previously sautéed in a pan with oil, garlic, salt and pepper and then blended with the egg white. Cook the stuffed cod fillet in a pan with oil and continue cooking over low heat.
