Crostini With Aubergines

Recipe appetizers for 4 people based on Eggplant with tomato - cooking method oven fried.

Preparation:

Preparation: Chop the onion, sage, celery and tomatoes; brown everything in butter. Slice the eggplant, fry it in oil. Distribute the sautéed mixture on the bread, place a slice of aubergine on top, sprinkle with Parmesan and put in a hot oven for a few minutes.
